LOL, I know mate. Contemplating a 4WD one for using in the winter and towing the caravan, and then something small and diesel for the commuting.

LOL, nah, but it get's pretty gnarly around my place in the winter. Used Dad's for getting to work a lot last winter, and going up into the hills for climbing and stuff!.

I think it's about set to get gnarly about now round here...gritters look like there on a bonus to chuck as much out as they can.....It's a nice motor I'm getting (I hope) he let me take out for a good half hour for the test drive.....temp gauge stayed rock steady at just a bit below 9 oclock (horizontal) so looking good there but im still tempted to swap out the rad and stat.....the rest was good too no nasty knocks or clattering...SADS is good....heater motor (blower) not working but he going to look at that....couple of little marks/dings on body and the bodykit needs some attention but the best news is the electric curtains work all round!!!! Cool

Got to admit, when I saw Neima had electric curtains I thought it was a joke. But kids loved it, especially rear door ones... they kept opening and shutting them a we drove along..lol Tongue

Guys wonder if you can help...i been looking for info on the heater fan (blower/motor) and cant find much at all....any clues?? I am asking coz the dealer said he will have a look but he doesnt seem familiar with the marque and I just want to go and pick it up and not wait for him to sort it....an a quick look at the fuse said its not that...

to the passenger side of the center console to the back is the control unit and i think a relay as well not sure how easy it is to get too with the dash in. Piece of cake with the dash out lol. could be that or the motor burned out that you get too under the bonnet take of the center air scoop.

Just thought I'd post an update, the bus is still going strong and I managed to track down the heater problem to the blower so I replaced that and its sorted. Kernowman how much for filters? Need to get a service one, Also any volunteers to help with a cambelt? where is the best place to get a cambelt kit at a reasonable price?

id do the timing with you but you would need to get to Scotland. only go for Toyota with the belt. its not often you need to change the tensioner but i suppose it would be good to have one as a back up. mine was fine when i done it spinning nice and free
