Well didn't get chance to have a look yesterday ,went to Brean instead weather was lush ... And have bus a run , it's surprising people come out of woodwork when going out in these buses . Only started with with 3 people and 2 mutts . By Rome we set off there was 6  and 3 mutts  Grin .. On update though the noise seems to be coming from under drivers seat somewhere ... So be checking exhaust 1st ... If that's not problem I'll update and take pic of carrier  Grin. Happy days

Well don't think it's exhaust checked today ... Couldn't get up on ramps today they kept sliding away ... Huh? Looks like getting back under and looking at sads again  Embarrassed ...  Do misalignment upset timing ? Now and again sounds  like slight over run ...

it shouldn't do the only way it could happen would be the shaft jamming and stopping the engine from turning. I really cant see that happening.

you need to check out the carrier for the shaft if its not in the right place the whole shaft could be knocking against something also your sads will get worn out real quick
