it is soo true... look at speed cameras... if every driver who had recieved a ticket form one in the first year of their use had simply ticked the take me to court box, the court system would have ground to a halt and fatso's wouldn't be on our roads.. instead the rich sods with fast cars just paid... so now we have more speed cameras than Germany - a country 4* the size of the UK....
