My new motor..............hope it's not underpowered!!

Picking it up Saturday:





It's an imported Forester, with the Impreza STi Turbo engine, and comes with 260BHP as standard!!! ShockedWinkGrin

Cheers Jo, I do like my autos though!. The local roads here are wrecking my Mazda, so thought this might fair better!

plus intercooler has a nice short pipe to inlet...   Wink

Cheers Nick, and yep, hadn't noticed all the things that might require checking!!!LOL.
Paul, it's the spark plugs that I've heard cause problems!! WinkBut you're right, that alternator is in a handy place!. Last time I had an engine like this was in a beetle!!!LOL, but that had about 210BHP less! Grin

The way I drive, it shouldn't be too much difference to an Estima for MPG. If I decide to press the volume pedal though.........................

Yes, I've seen the traffic queues on the M6 between junction 11 and Carlisle. Thankfully they'll have pretty much gone now you're settled.  GrinGrin
