No more Esti.......Now Mazda 323
« on: December 27, 2009, 09:31:02 PM »

One Mazda 323!
Red with matching reg Smiley
1.5L lower tax £125 a year (yipee) GrinShocked
Verrrrry quick taking off
Reasonable boot
Looks good, especially rear
Nice finish inside, nothing weird, only wear on the carpet....getting a set of cheap mats for that
Solid feel, a lot of that would be due to its sports saloon finish I think

Down side

Heater/blower does not blow
Starter wont start it when cold (got one coming)
Sounds/feels like it needs new pads on the front
Crack in screen, out of visability range though
Can sound ''tinny'' sometimes, but it feels light years ahead of the competition, ie- escorts, golfs, 306's

Is there someone else with one here?
Pics tomorrow hopefully, Had its first clean etc today for quite a while

I like that. I had a 323 a few years back, same style as yours, and loved it. Have been looking for another as a work car.

Tricky to find, even in reasonable condition and worse to find with alloys and rear spoiler which is what I held out for.
If he wants one that is real good he will have to pay quite a bit for it, maybe something in the region of £1000..........
Since I found mine 10 days before Christmas, I havent seen another I liked on ebay since. In the previous 3 weeks there were 2 at my budget of £500 and about 3 others wer far more £800+ which, if they were minters would still have been good value for money.
