I've lost a bit!!
« on: May 18, 2010, 07:45:52 AM »

Hi guys - can't you tell I'm a woman on her own who knows naff-all about cars?! The other day I noticed that I've lost one of the 'studs' which hold the window in place in the sliding door - where would be the best place to get another one from, that's assuming it's possible to get these things?

Easy to find in a scrap yard, any nut/bolt/washer combo will hold it in place til you get a chance to get a hold of one. You'll need a star key rather than an allen key or spanner to get it though.

It's the same setup on the Previa and presumably any Toyota with a quarterlilght style window Grin
