Yep another car bites the dust although this time I'm getting rid before it gives up.

Was going to do some work to the Esti now that holiday season is over but decided that, cylinder head, most suspension bushes, front shocks, timing belt, finish the painting and figure a way for the bodykit to stop destroying indicator units is more than the thing is worth so I bought this.

Yep that's a blue oval badge, gone back to my (rusty) Ford roots, huge, comfy and economical Cool
Shame the handbrake and indicators are in the wrong place and as for the pedals some silly bugger has fitted 3 instead of 2 Tongue

Not sure exactly about fuel consumption but took less to get home from just outside Bath than the Burgandy Esti took to get home from Upminster Cool

Trying veg gently just now, not got a spare fuel filter to hand yet Cool

Kick it and replace the crumbly bits that fall on the floor.

Or just get a magnet and see how well it finds the iron on the body to know what panels to AFibre fill and paint.

Well the engine should last a while, not sure can fill as fast as they can rust though Tongue

Too scared Tongue

There seems to be a running gag on the transit forum that the basic toolkit that comes with them (usual spanner, screwdriver etc) should come with mig welder as standard Cool
